In our neighborhood! Be a Block Captain. Block Captains care for their street or block by reporting problems like streetlights out and graffiti. Captains also rally their neighbors to pick up trash on the block when needed, and encourage neighbors to keep outdoor lights on (especially on blocks that don't have streetlights), and in general be the eyes and ears for their street and immediate block.
